Items must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, free from stains, makeup, deodorant and perfumes) within 14 days of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the items back to us at the address listed below. Only store credit will be issued NO CASH BACK ,shipping fees are not included they are completely non refundable. If you use a pay later option you will be refunded 96% in store credits of your order due to non-refundable fees from the pay later payment processor for every order.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale, promo or gift card purchases they are FINAL SALE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us and report within 3 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If it is our fault we will resend the items along with a return label.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the ongoing crisis of COVID-19 and sanitation of ensuring each of customers receive new items certain items cannot be returned or exchanged such as accessories, swimwear, lingerie, socks, panties, stockings etc. and also clothing which is marked in the item description. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns about your specific item.
Fraud Orders
If your order comes up as fraud in our system we reserve the right to cancel the order. We may require additional info or ask you to submit a picture of your state-issued ID for verification or we will cancel the order.
Lost/Stolen packages
We ARE NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. If you ship USPS PRIORITY mail you automatically have shipping insurance included you may file a claim online with USPS. Additionally, we ARE NOT responsible for lost or returned packages for incorrect addresses, it is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct upon placing your order.
