When will my order ship?
Standard delivery orders are processed in 1-3 business days Monday -Saturday. Priority and express orders are processed same day or next business day. Once orders are processed they are shipped except on sunday or holidays.

How do I track my package?
Your tracking confirmation is sent via the option you choose either email and/or text.
If you haven't received an email please check your spam folder.
What forms of payment do you take?
What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
US Customers:
If your package is shipped via USPS priority mail or express it is automatically insured with USPS, visit the link below to file a claim and have your tracking number and order information handy.
If your package was shipped via UPS have you tracking number and order information handy, you may file a claim with them here UPS Claims
International Customers:
If your package was shipped via USPS with insurance please contact us to initiate a claim with USPS.
If your package was shipped via UPS international or with any other shipping partner you must file a claim with them.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we CANNOT cancel any order. If you need to make any adjustments to sizing or your address please contact us immediately to make the change before your order is processed.
PLEASE make sure your address is correct. If your package is returned to us you will have to pay to have the item reshipped or you may request a store credit minus the 5% restocking fee and shipping fee.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes we do. Eliminate the guesswork and save yourself a headache with our digital gift cards. Give the perfect gift of sharing us with your friend or family member.
I have concerns about my package due to the ongoing COVID-19 virus.
Per the CDC the virus can survive for a short period on some surfaces, it is unlikely to be spread from domestic or international mail, products or packaging. Rest assured that all of our products and packages are sanitized and our warehouse staff uses all the proper hygiene etiquette. We want to do our part to help lower the spread by doing this for our safety and our customers safety.
What if something I received is damaged or it's the wrong item?
Our #1 priority is making sure we provide excellent customer service and high quality clothing and accessories. All items are quality checked but we are human. If there's a chance your item is defective or if we sent you the wrong the item please contact us immediately at hello@yassqueenboutique.com and we will reship the item along with a return label.
I don't know what size to get. Do you have a size chart?
While we do have a size guide for general reference please understand that all of our clothing is not made the same and will have a different fit. You may find more information on sizing and fit in each product description. We do our absolute best to describe how each item fits, stretches and information about the model to help you before purchasing. If you need more assistance we're here to help chat with us or send us an email.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
You have 7 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange please see our refund policy HERE.
No refunds will be given in cash STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items purchased on store credit, sale, promo or gift cards are FINAL SALE. Additionally certain clothing items are final sale and are marked as such.
If in the event we are sold out of the size you need to exchange for we will contact you to remedy the problem or issue you a store credit.

Why was my order cancelled?
Reason your order may have been cancelled:
If your order was detected as fraud and you did not respond to our attempt to verify the purchase your order was cancelled.
If an item sells out during the processing of your order we have to cancel the order.
Will I have to pay taxes and duties for my international order?
While we do love shipping internationally please be advised we are not responsible for paying duties or taxes for international packages for your country. We do not have the ability to control the cost of duties and taxes nor is it our responsibility to include them in your package. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If your order is refused or returned to us we will issue you a store credit minus the taxes and duty fees if we are charged. If your item is abandoned or the cost of returning to us is more than the merchandise we will not issue any refund of any kind.
